- Dear tenderer, the International Labor Office (ILO) is looking for a person to work as an outdoor collaborator. You will find below a summary of the work to be carried out: the assessor will conduct an independent final evaluation of the project "Empowerment of women for resilient economies and peaceful communities in the Eastern and Adamaoua regions in Cameroon where refugees live". The tasks include: 1. Documentary review: Analyze project documents, financial and narrative reports, previous assessments, follow -up data, national policies and strategic documents of Koica. 2. Development of the Inception Report: specify the object, the scope, the criteria and evaluation questions, the methodology, the collection tools, the work plan. 3. Primary data collection: carry out group interviews and discussions with key stakeholders (ILOs, Koica, national and local authorities, workers and employers' organizations, refugees and hosts) .4.
