The Audit firm appointed to the Board of Directors of the Imprimerie Nationale is required to respect the obligations and diligence generally admitted to his profession As such, he is responsible in particular: • To carry out throughout his mandate, all the controls, all the verifications that he deems appropriate, by having any document communicated to him that he deems useful; • To bring to the knowledge of the Board of Directors and the supervisory authorities, any irregularity, any criminal act that he may have discovered without his liability being incurred; • To collect all information useful to the exercise of his mission from third parties who have carried out operations on behalf of the Imprimerie Nationale. However, this right of information cannot extend to the communication of documents, contracts and any documents held by third parties, unless authorized to do so. by a decision of the competent court ruling promptly; • To prepare its reports and communicate the results to the Board of Directors within the required deadlines...
