- S of price request No028/DPX/MINADER/PADFA II/CSPM/RPM/2025 of July 14, 2025 relating to the acquisition and distribution of post-harvest equipment as part of the development of new PADFA II sectors, in the Center and East 1 Context regions: The Government of Cameroon has obtained of the International Agricultural Development Fund (IFAD) which it plans to partially use to cover the achievement of these acquisitions The use of FIDA funds is subject to the approval of the latter, according to the terms and conditions provided for in the agreement financing and in accordance with the rules, policies and procedures of FIDA FIDA and its representatives, agents and civil servants are released from any responsibility concerning legal actions, procedures, complaints, requests, losses and obligations of all kinds and of all kinds that any party would invoke within the framework of the project to support the development of agricultural sectors - Phase II (PADFA II) the project to support the development of agricultural sectors - Phase II (PADFA II) plans to use part of this credit to make payments eligible for the title of the market relating to the acquisition and distribution of post-harvest equipment in the context of the development of new PADFA II sectors, in the regions of the center and ballast
