• Tenders are invited for Supply and Installation of Geographical Information System Electricity Development Corporation (EDC) is seeking closed offers from eligible bidders who meet the qualifications required to supply the following equipment: Designation Single lot • Two (02) dual-frequency GPS; • One (01) aerial drone with lidar; • One (01) marine drone; • Two (02) color printers; • One (01) copier; • One (01) A0 plotter with 03 sets of ink; • Nine (09) external hard drives; • Two (02) rechargeable video projectors; • A Server 5. Eligible and interested bidders can obtain information and read the invitation to tender documents during working hours (7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.) at the following address: Electricity Development Corporation located in the Hibiscus building, opposite Lycée Fustel de Coulanges, in the mail service, located on the 4th floor, door 412; Tel/fax: 22 23 19 30 / 22 23 11 13; PO Box BP 15111 Yaoundé. Tenders must be submitted to the address below no later than 03 August 2023 at 12 noon sharp, local time. Electronic submission of bids will not be permitted. The Late bids will not be accepted. Tenders will be opened on August 3, 2023 at 1 p.m. sharp, local time by EDC's Internal Procurement Commission (CIPM) in the presence of tenderers or their duly authorized representatives who wish to be present. 8.
