this notice to manifestationThe purpose of the pre-qualification of technical design offices, cabinets and/ or groups of technical design offices for road safety audit, on financing Road funds, for the financial year 2025
3Consistance of the New (Additive) services
this missionwill consist of identifying on the road network, the factors likely to cause traffic accidents or aggravate their impact and severity and propose corrective measures
It will be specifically;
- identify in the design of the project taking into accountRoad safety component for all road users and to propose improvement measures if necessary;
- to identify on this road section, the factors likely to cause traffic accidents or to worsen the impact and severity of these during the work;
-To assess after the work, the effectiveness of road safety measures and propose corrective measures
The consultant will carry out:
the development of the road safety audit methodology based on the development of lists of verifications to be carried out
the collection and processing ofdata through;
the diagnosis of accidentology of road axes;
