THE DIAGNOSTIC STUDY FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF PROMOTION AND SUPPORT MECHANISMS FOR SCIENTIFIC ENTREPRENEURSHIP IN CAMEROON (PHASE I), AS AN EMERGENCY PROCEDURE Source of funding PUBLIC INVESTMENT BUDGET (BIP) Download the part original Download the DAO 1Object New (Additive) As part of the execution of its 2026 Public Investment Budget and with a view to improving the quality and efficiency of programming and planning of Research and development activities Innovation, the Minister of Scientific Research and Innovation (MINRESI) launches as an emergency procedure a Restricted National Call for Tenders for the diagnostic study with a view to establishing mechanisms to promote and support entrepreneurship scientist in Cameroon (Phase I) This call for tenders follows the Call for Expression of Interest NO004/AAMI/MINRESI/SG/DAG/2026 of April 27, 2026 2Consistency of services New (Addendum) The work of this study consists of its Phase I to take stock of the support and promotion of scientific entrepreneurship in Cameroon This will involve: - identify the different forms of support necessary for the promotion of scientific entrepreneurship; - to list priority sectors of activity that can be used to support and promote scientific entrepreneurship; - to highlight the difficulties hindering scientific entrepreneurship; - identify avenues of action to boost scientific entrepreneurship 3Forecast Cost New (Addendum) The estimated cost is an amount of forty million (40,000,000) CFA francs 4Allotment New (Addendum) The services covered by this contract consist of a single lot 5Participation and origin New(Addendum) Participation in this National Call for Tender is restricted on equal terms to Cameroonian law consultancies...
