as part of the sustainability of the buildings sheltering its services, the Minister ofFinances, contracting authority, launches an open international call for tenders for the maintenance work of the building of the Directorate General of Taxes (DGI) in Yaounde

The services object of this consultation consist of preventive maintenanceand corrective of the installations and equipment of the new building of the DGI, as defined in the CCTP, and grouped by section below:
- General electricity- Air conditioning ventilation and smoke extraction- plumbing and sanitary;
- Second work installations- facade coverings- Coverage- Various networks and green spaces;
- Fire safety and person assistance;
