• TRE OF INVITATION 4867/L/MINTP/SG/CPR-FC/IP4/SPM/APM3/2026 Country: Cameroon Name of the Project: Phase II of the Development of the Batchenga-Ntui-Yoko-Lena-Tibati-Ngaoundéré road: Ngatt-Febadi-Likok section (145 km) Sector: Transport Mode of financing: Sale to temperament Project Code: CMR1033 Subject: Call for applications for the recruitment of a Procurement Specialist (SPM) to the Jointly Financed Road Projects Unit of the MINTP (CPR-FC/MINTP) Mr/Madam, The Government of Republic of Cameroon (hereinafter referred to as "the beneficiary") received funding from the Islamic Development Bank "the IsDB" in the form of an Installment Sale for the cost of Phase II of the road development project Batchenga-Ntui-Yoko-Lena-Tibati-Ngaoundéré: Ngatt-Febadi-Likok section (145 km) and intends to use part of the funds from this financing to make authorized payments under the contracts for which this letter of invitation has been issued The Ministry of Public Works invites interested consultants for the provision of the following consultancy services: recruitment of a Procurement Specialist (SPM) to the Joint Financed Road Projects Unit of MINTP (CPR-FC/MINTP) Detailed information on the services is provided in the terms of reference annexed to this letter of invitation 3 The letter of invitation is addressed to Cameroonian experts with the required qualifications to express their interest in this position However, in order to preserve the continuity and performance of the interventions of the Technical and Financial Partners (PTF), restrictions apply to candidates already in position.
